SUMMARY:SLAP Super Saturday Swim & Run Training
DESCRIPTION:8a open water swim & run practice for swimmers and triathletes. At the Clermont Waterfront Park on Lake Minneola. \nGather at the picnic pavilion for instructions from the coach\, be ready to swim first. \nSwim & Run gear is needed.Bring all hydration and nutrition needed for a 2 hour training session.Plan for a 55 minute swim\, a quick change into running gear\, and a 55 minute run workout! \nCoaching fees are $75 per calendar month. Single session drop-in fees are $10. \nAll athletes are welcome to come TRY OUT SOME SESSIONS free of charge. Come meet the coaches and ask questions and see what's going on.
