Look for Coach Sara there. \nSwim & Bike & Run TrainingPLUS a short race to wrap up practice!Arrive wearing your tri suit or swim suit and meet at the beach/picnic parking lot.**ATTN PARENTS: One parent per child must be on site for the final 30 minutes of the training session to volunteer for the short race!
