DESCRIPTION:7a open water swim & run practice for swimmers and triathletes. At the Clermont Waterfront Park on Lake Minneola. \nGather at the picnic pavilion for instructions from the coach\, be ready to swim first. \nSwim & Run gear is needed.Bring all hydration and nutrition needed for a 2 hour training session.Plan for a 55 minute swim\, a quick change into running gear\, and a 55 minute run workout! \nCoaching fees are $75 per calendar month.
