But we all know that brunch is a good idea! The swim workout is from 9-10:30am. We'll head to brunch immediately after swim practice. Bring a change of clothes! In 2025, we've got the 100 each month! For this Super Saturday practice, Coach Sara is all about SPEED and helping you get faster in the water! You'll learn some tips and skills and have time to implement them! - Diving - Flip Turns - Pushing off the Wall and more! Coaching fees are $75 per calendar month.
