MTP Run Workout

Tuesday morning SLAP run workout (60-90 minutes) for adults & HPS athletes. Will be hosted weekly from June through September.
LOCATION:
Minneola Trailhead Park
315 Madison St.
*bathrooms open at 7a*
– all sessions will start with activation exercises and a proper run warm up session
– then the SLAP coach-on-deck will describe the run workout to be completed on the South Lake Trail (adjacent to the park)
– please bring 1-2 bottles of cold water/sports drink for the hot summer months and some kind of gel/gummy/nutrition to stay fueled
– work on your post-race fueling by always having a high-protein snack in the car to be consumed within 30 minutes of completing the workout
FEES:
$10 per workout or included in your SLAP monthly coaching fees (all levels)
