Swim first from 7-8am, & have your bike, helmet, and biking kit with you for a quick change. Rolling from NTC at 8:30a and returning around Noon. BLINKING BIKE LIGHTS ARE MANDATORY. The ride is out and back from the NTC, through rolling hills. We'll be stopping halfway at the Yalaha Bakery for a yummy treat and team socializing.
