SLAP Super Saturday – Green Mountain Brick

Augusta 70.3 (45-55 mile bike/4-7 mile run)
Meet at Green Mountain Trailhead, be ready to ride at 7:00a.
**headlights and blinking red tail lights MANDATORY!!
Ride out to Dewy Robbins and do 2-3-out-and-backs of the whole road (good rolling hills).
Return to Green Mountain Trailhead.
Transition to run gear.
**highly recommended that you carry hydration & fuel on the run**
Run out-and-back on the GMT limerock trail.
**We will put up a water refill station at the corner of Hwy 19 & Dewy Robbins to refill your hydration during the ride!
