Personalized coaching includes a weekly video check-in with your Coach. This regular face-to-face time allows you to review your training, ask questions, and make adjustments before the next week is written. Run Like a Pro Workouts

Personal coaching includes access to Run Like a Pro group workouts. Training with others provides energy, accountability, and the opportunity to push beyond your comfort zone, while your overall plan remains tailored specifically to your individual goals and needs.

TrainingPeaks Integration

All workouts are delivered and analyzed through TrainingPeaks. This allows your Coach to monitor your progress, review your data, make quick adjustments, and provide timely feedback so your training stays effective and purposeful.

Communication & Accountability

Open communication is a key part of the coaching relationship. Your Coach reviews your training regularly, answers questions, and makes adjustments based on how your body is responding. Your goals become the focus, and your training evolves as you do.

What if my schedule changes or life gets busy?

Your training is built around your real-life commitments, including work, family, and travel. Because your plan is written week-to-week, it can be adjusted quickly to keep you consistent without unnecessary stress.

How many months do I have to work with Run Like a pro?

We do not require a minimum duration. Work with a Run Like a Pro Coach for 1 month or 10 years…as long as you are happy with the product and seeing results. You can cancel or pause your monthly Personalized Coaching at any time.

I'm not local. Can i work with a SLAP coach?

Absolutely! We have multiple athletes that do not live in Central Florida but still work with one of our SLAP coaches. If you connect with our philosophy of having fun and making endurance sports part of your lifestyle…don’t hesitate to contact us for more details!

Do I need to be an experienced runner?

Nope. We work with runners and triathletes of all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Don’t risk getting injured, bored, or burned out by trying to do everything yourself.
