Come train where you’ll race — and show up ready. Join us for a perfectly timed weekend of focused preparation, expert coaching, and race-specific practice — in Jacksonville before the Ironman and in the Georgia mountains before 70.3 Worlds.

Dahlonega, GA, August 12-16, 2026

Train in the mountains of North Georgia and prepare for your strongest race yet. While this camp was created for athletes racing the 70.3 World Championships in Nice, any triathlete looking to improve climbing strength, descending skills, pacing, nutrition, and confidence on challenging terrain will benefit from this experience. Ride scenic mountain routes with on-the-bike coaching and support, learn race-day strategies through coach-led presentations, and connect with a motivated community of athletes during group meals and training sessions. Whether you’re heading to Nice or simply want to become a stronger, smarter athlete, this camp is for you.

Jacksonville, April 17-19, 2026

Spend a long weekend previewing the Ironman Jacksonville course one month before race day! Ride and run key sections of the route with on-course support, get practical race-day tips from experienced SLAP Coaches, and connect with other athletes preparing for the May event. Enjoy group meals, coach-led presentations, and the confidence boost that comes from knowing the course before you race it.

SLAP Camp Fee Includes:
Accommodations, travel, and meals are not included.

Tentative Schedule:

Friday

– Arrival and check-in
– Visit the transition area and finish line parks
– SLAP team dinner & social

Saturday

– Possible early open water swim (TBD)
– Supported long run on the 8.5-mile course loop (choose your total distance)
– SLAP team dinner and course review + Ironman Q&A

Sunday

– Early start for a long bike ride on the safer sections of the course
– Optional SLAP team lunch before heading home
