Running with others changes everything. Group workouts push you out of your comfort zone in ways solo running simply can’t. Training alongside motivated athletes naturally raises effort, builds accountability, and turns workouts into a fun challenge.
Every Run Like a Pro workout is thoughtfully created and clearly explained by Coach Jodie, bringing elite-level experience into a supportive group setting. These sessions add structure and variety to your training and help break through plateaus that come from running the same pace and distance week after week.
You’ll understand why each workout matters…how to execute it correctly…and what it is building toward.
Run Like a Pro currently offers two coached workouts each week (Thursday PM & Saturday AM). The workouts give you quality structure and progression. Athletes can also join the FloDash easy runs on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings to build consistency and community. Whether you are a runner or triathlete, group training helps you stay motivated, train smarter, and get more out of your running without doing it alone.

Instructions for ALL runners participating in the Run Like a Pro workout:
- warm up for the workout will start promptly at 6:00a
- look for Coach Jodie (in the SLAP Coaching shirt) with the A-frame sign & workout
- all new/visiting runner MUST sign the waiver before participating

All of these session are FREE but are not coached and do not provide a workout.
Group Run Workout Fees:
$50 Monthly Autopayment
The monthly payment entitles each athlete to unlimited Run Like a Pro workouts.
$10 Single-Run-Session
A drop-in fee for visitors only. Local athletes are encouraged to register for the monthly package.

FAQ
wHAT DOES "workout" MEAN?
A run workout is a structured training session with a specific purpose. Unlike a basic run, a workout includes planned pacing, recovery, and guidance to help you train smarter and continue progressing.
can i just try it out before joining?
Yes, we invite try two Run Like a Pro workouts for free! Meet the coach, try out a run workout, ask questions, meet the other runners, check out the location, etc. Email us ahead of your first run workout so we know to expect you on the trail!
Do I have to compete or race?
Nope! You can use the Run Like a Pro workouts for fitness, exercise, and health. You can use the group for accountability and motivation. Exercise is always more fun when you’re suffering with friends!

How often do i have to train?
As much (or as little) as you want! Now that you’re an adult, there are no mandatory requirements for attendance at training. This is for your benefit and enjoyment. So, run when you want to, don’t run when you don’t want to. And, remember, you could always include swimming and cycling 😉
what are the workouts like?
We typically follow the pattern of: Thursday = tempo; Saturday = speed. Tuesdays and Wednesday with FloDash are recovery sessions. But at every workout, the coach will offer multiple “modifications” of the workout to accommodate various speeds and levels of running ability.
