The Run Like a Pro program includes weekly run workouts, individualized feedback, and optional personalized coaching. Everything is tailored to your goals, schedule, and experience level. Athletes receive expert insight on pacing, effort, strength, and recovery, with flexibility built in to fit busy lifestyles and varying training backgrounds.

Running solo is great for clearing your mind and building consistency on your own schedule. Run Like a Pro offers 2–3 weekly group workouts throughout the year. Each session is led by a professional coach who ensures every athlete receives a purposeful, high-quality workout. No matter your running speed or experience level, the session is always modified to match your ability.

Training with others provides accountability, motivation, and the energy of a race-like environment. With a coach watching your progress and guiding your effort, you’ll gain more from each workout than you would training alone.

Whether you’ve hit a plateau, want to unlock more speed, or feel overwhelmed by run-technique jargon, a 1-hour Run Technique Session with Coach Jodie can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Coach Jodie works with runners of all levels and has helped athletes shave seconds — and even minutes — off their race times. During your private session, she breaks down running mechanics in a simple, practical way, answers your technique questions, and corrects common misconceptions so you can run easier, faster, and more efficiently.

For the best results, we recommend our 3-session package, spaced over 1–2 months, to reinforce proper mechanics, build lasting improvements, and eliminate inefficient habits.
