Coach Jodie will evaluate your mechanics, answer your technique questions, and provide clear, practical adjustments you can apply immediately. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your stride and a plan to continue improving.

With elite-level experience working with athletes of all abilities, Coach Jodie specializes in identifying small changes that lead to meaningful results. Many athletes benefit from a series of sessions spaced over time to reinforce good habits and build lasting efficiency.

1) Contact us

Send us a message using the form below. We’ll learn more about your running background and goals through email or a phone call. And then our Team Manager, Amanda, will get you scheduled with Coach Jodie as soon as possible.

2) purchase your sessions

Choose a single session or a multi-session package from the drop-down menu. Sessions are prepaid at the time of purchase. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows will forfeit one prepaid session. All sessions expire 6 months from the purchase date.

3) get your gear ready

Make sure you arrive in comfortable running clothes and well-fitting running shoes. Bring a water bottle and any gear you normally train with, such as a watch or heart rate monitor. If you use orthotics, inserts, or specific footwear for training, please bring those along.

4) sign the waiver

Click here to complete the SLAP waiver before your first session. Payment must also be completed before your first session.
